This versatile piece of cast iron is pretty simple. It is double-sided and distributes the heat evenly. The plate can reach temperatures up to 400°C on a Odin Grill.

The ribbed side is great for searing your meat, while the smooth side is perfect for pancakes, bread or pizza.

Handling

The Geda Cast iron griddle should be handled like any other cast iron pot or pan:

A nicely coated cast iron griddle should be cleaned with warm water and dried with a soft towel or paper.
